Linx Wizard Scripting
"Linx Wizard Scripting" enables Call Linx to direct the course of communications
between callers and agents. This scripted guidance makes easy the decision of what to ask next and makes fluent
the flow of conversation. It also prompts the agent to take actions accordingly. As an integral part of
Call Linx, a Linx Wizard Script can perform message delivery automatically,
using all dispatch methods, scheduling flexibilities and sequencing capabilities of the TAS system.
